SPRING BREAK LACROSSE CAMPS:

Prepare for the upcoming season with Coach Tracey Kelusky and Coach Taylor Wray. As the 2007 season approaches, it is imperative that players begin preparation today. Whether you are a first time player out to learn the fundamentals, a veteran player pursuing the road to a scholarship in the United States, or a player looking to gear up your game for the upcoming season, Coach Kelusky and Coach Wray can help take your game to the next level. Our camps are designed to prepare, enhance, and maintain your skills prior to, and during the lacrosse season. The goal is to teach players new skills and refine the skills already learned. Camps offer instructional feedback focusing on individual and team tactics that will develop and increase overall play. This year we offer a variety of camps that will appeal to players of all ability levels.

As always, the National Sport Academy Lacrosse Coaches, Tracey Kelusky and Taylor Wray, are also available for lacrosse specialty clinics and coach mentoring for individual lacrosse teams. To book a session, email info@nationalsportacademy.com or call the National Sport Academy at (403) 777-3646.

Coach K Tip - Whenever its gets nice enough outside, grab your stick and throw around. Whether you're with a buddy or throw off a school wall, you need to get ready for the upcoming season. Practice makes perfect!

Coach Wray Tip - Don't be afraid to go for a nice long jog. Even if you are in hockey season and think you're in shape you need to get out running. You will use totally different muscles when running as opposed to skating. Also try and get in some sprint work so you are ready for evaluations.
